There is definitely a scammer out there, so I wanted everyone to know.  Look for anything suspicious.  Very very sad day for us today :-(  And it is all but about the money.  This was a dream for us.  I'd have paid double, but got scammed for $260 instead.  Got my fam's hopes up :-(

So Yeah, BE CAREFUL!
