I have a small group (3 RVs) showing up from all over the world for this. We all have camping and RV passes for PBF.
We have a lot of unknowns as this is a first time festival for all of us. Some of us are driving and renting trailers locally, others are  flying in from abroad and getting an RV and trekking to RockyGrass.

- Where can we stay on Wed night before the festival opens?

- Will all 3 of our RVs be able to park together at PBF?

- Historically, when does PBF start letting RV's in?

- Is RV parking regimented in line, or can we "Circle the Wagons" to have a common lawn / picking area?

- Are there water trucks that come by to fill up / drain tanks?

- Are there Db limits on jenny's, or are there loud construction type generators?

I think you should call PB and talk to someone. I've generally found them helpful. I don't think there is a history in this area.

I can really only state on the last three...
Entry tickets are given out in random order, so there's no guarantee you'll be able to "Circle the Wagons".
No, there are no water trucks to fill up / drain tanks.
Generators are not permitted, and there are no hookups.
