My favorite part of camping is camp cooking. This is my first trip to Telluride and I've spent 99.9% of my life at roughly sea level. Will my coleman propane stove work up there? Any cooking tips?

Seems like a good place to add that you yourself may function differently.  Lots and lots of water especially along with all the booze and/or sun! Could start taking chlorophyll now if you haven't left yet. Others may have more good advice.  Horrible to be down with a headache or worse during this fantastic time.
