Protest the protesters

I for one, have no interest in participating in your planned protest. Not even sure what you could be protesting. Is the sky in telluride to blue? Mountains not beautiful enough? I got one.. the water in the river is too damn cold. The government should do something about that!
One of the reasons that I love this festival, is you get to leave the world, and it's problems behind for just a week. Just a week where you don't have pundits on TV screaming about how the world is going to end. About how terrible a man with a bad spray tan is. I get it.. spray tanning is gross.. and orange man bad.  But I suggest that just for this one week, you try kicking back with a glass of bourbon, and concentrate on the one GREAT thing that is happening right around you. Thousands of people showing up in one tiny town, that all have at least one thing in common. Love for music. Why must you ruin it for other people by creating a divisive line through that.
So I plan on protesting your protest, by ignoring you. I'm going to drink 2 gallons of good bourbon, play some Cornhole, and listen to my favorite bands. I sincerely hope all my other festivarians join me in that endevor. Look for me. I'll be that guy with the beard having fun!

But seriously, just do your own thing.  No need for an entirely separate post to express your intention to ignore a protest that probably isn't going to happen anyway.
