Any recommendation on how to handle this? I've printed out my invoice, but I figure I'll have to talk to a supervisor or something.

Send planet bluegrass an email with your order number. I did because my ticket still hadnt been emailed to me by this morning and within an hour of sending them an email I received my ticket.
