Lottery for onsite camping -

Is there a way to improve the lottery for onsite camping tickets?

It the same process every year.  Each group does multiple request.  Some groups get to many and some get to few, so you reach out until each group has the correct amount.

We always need 10 or 12 tickets and we usually get 8 to 14.  Is there a way that people that got tickets the year before could automatically get first crack at tickets for the next year?  Like Cloud 9 issues tokens for their events.

I am sure there is not 100% return rate each year, so there would still be a lottery each year for the unclaimed onsite tickets.

Even if you made the ticket purchase a month earlier for returning campers, you could still do a lottery at the same time but you would have a lot less request to go through.

I'm sure if you made a substantially humongous donation to Planet Bluegrass then you could have season tickets.  Start out with a charitable contribution of $25 million and see where it goes.  With that amount you might even get #1 in the tarp line all three days next year.    Best of luck.
