Tarp Line

I did not go to TBF last year, but I did attend Rockygrass. 

The rules for getting in line for tarp run tickets had changed. 

Are the rules at TBF the same?

Get there early, or suffer like a band that came to perform at high altitude..... about 24 hours before taking the stage.
