Hello Friends - I'm bringing my 5 and 7 year old to the festival on Saturday.  Any advice on if it safe for kids this age to tube the river?  My wife and I plan on tubing with them, but want to make sure it's safe.  Also, where is the best place to rent or buy a tube?  Thanks, Jim
