Telluride Bluegrass Fest -- 2011

Flank Steaks are gluten free!  What more does one need?

Also, the Thai food (I think that's what it was) booth there has several gluten free options.  It was the booth with the rice and teriyaki bowls.  Not to mention roasted corn, turkey legs (is that there or am I thinking RennFest?) and .. did I mention FLANK STEAK??!!

Of course, let us not forget .... BACON! .. Everything is better with Bacon!! Wink

Bottom Line: There is plenty of gluten-free sustenance available from the festival vendors.
