Camp Whisko eh?  As a couple of reformed Sconnies, we shall definitely stop by and say hello.   Wave

The last time I was in Stevens Point there was a big snow storm and all the electricity went out on main street...we were forced to leave the bar we were at due to lack of electricity, but my friend Brock knew the Bartender at Guu's...he pounded on the window until they let us in....and thus ensued one of the most unique, albeit pitch black evenings of my life.  All kinds of bad things can happen when you are trying to find the urinal by "feel"....I'll just leave it at that.   EEK!

BTW, if you are driving out my wife would pay you dearly for a sixer of Spotted Cow!!  Cheers

On, Wisconsin -> TELLURIDE!   Thumbs Up

Point Beer's advertising slogan WAY back in the 80's (before the microbreweries got popular) was...

When you're outta Point, you're outta town.

So true!

Nice, you are all getting me so excited for Telluride! Everything from snow to bluegrass to blue skys. Hopefully we'll make it by Camp Whisko (we're volunteering on the compost crew, so we will probably swing by once or twice through your part of camp :)

Close only counts...

I remember the snow-storm blackout you're discussing I think. We had a house party three blocks from Guu's and picked all night long! haha Cheers

Hope ya'll make it out to Camp Whisko for sure! Will make an attempt to remember to snag you some Spotted Cow as well. We'll definitely be bringing out all kinds of Central Waters beer and probably a hearty amount of the blue bullet (Point Special) just for John.

Let us know if ya'll need any pickin' for stuff like the micro-brew tasting or bacon fest in Town Park!
