Hello all,
How strictly do they enforce RV length? A friend is willing to lend me his RV, but he says it is about 23 feet long (the rules say 21).
Will I get turned away if I show up with an RV that is 2 feet too long?
Thanks, y'all.

21', that's the rule.

Anything larger will not be allowed on site.

Is there a non-ripoff place to get a properly sized RV rental for RGA/RG? If affordable, would be helpful -- wife is coming this year.....

There isn't anything super close.

You might try looking at the fair grounds in Longmont. That's the closest possibility I can think of...
