Hey Everyone! Can't wait for the Academy/Rockygrass! I have a quick question...I am going to the academy and my wife and two kids are coming to meet me for onsite camping to Rockygrass. I would like to try to get a good spot for us. I live in the area so can I put my car in line today and not stay with it? Otherwise I hope to just go early Sunday and get what I get. Any suggestions for the best spot for a family? We've never camped onsite before. Thanks a ton! -Brian

I have the same situation. I'm coming on Sunday (line up early), live in the area, and my husband is joining me Thursday night. We've had onsite camping before and it was great! We just lined up as early as possible and it was fine. Can't wait

You do not have to stay with your car.

Don't forget to pay and get your number!

Also, make sure you are back WAY before the line leaves. Do not assume that it will leave right when the guidelines say...we may need to stage the line outside the property before, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the line leaves before you are back, you'll be out of luck and at the back of the line.
