Bring back the dictionary!! :) Man, I sure am feeling old, thinking about how SEVEN years ago I avoided graduate work with talking to you lovely people on this here forum till all hours of the night! See you soon, my loves.

festi-thargy- the sleepiness/lathargy/daydreaminess during work hours one feels after staying up all night doing one or all of the following:

listening to "packing for Telluride" and crying happy tears
facebooking with a festifriend
actually PACKING for telluride
anticipating the joyous memories to come in Town Park
THINKING about packing for telluride

I love that packing for telluride song on youtube.  I just wish that cat dying in the background wasn't there...

Infestment- The large chunk of cash you throw down months in advance knowing it will pay dividends come June.

Infested- town park during the festival

Dustival- The festival when it hasn't rained a drop for months.

Fest Devils- Little dust devils that dance around in the corners by the blue rooms and the h2o station.

She's got the hang of this.   Clearly, Aloha Girl is lobbying for the "Highest pre-fest festivirgin festivarian rating"  EVER

Festigangalation:
the act of entering a cable-suspended transportation capsule that is pre-filled with second-hand smoke in order to get HIGH over the mountain to and from the fest.

Bacon – 1) Festival in meat form. 2) The greatest foodstuff known to modern science.

Twang Bang - 1) Something two or more consenting adults can do in a Town Park or Warner Field tent during a banjo solo. 2) When two or more banjos start throwing it down in a jam session. 3) 10,000 festivarians reaching a higher state of being.

Festi-cipation;
The browsing of the fest-furum in March in anticipation of finding a ticket and wishing June were closer,

This is in contrast to Festi-pation; which is the condition you find yourself in while standing in line in the morning waiting for the porta-truck to come by and do that thing they do so well, (clean the blue closets).
