Hi all,

I am just starting to try and learn the banjo and eventually all of the main bluegrass intruments.(Bass, Fiddle, 6 string guitar, mandolin, and of course the banjo)  I was wondering what everyone would suggest on which banjo I should get.  Should I get a 5 string or 6 string?  Should I spend lots of money to get the best even just starting out?  Also, does anyone know a good banjo teacher in SW MO area?  I am right in between Joplin and Springfield MO areas and cant seem to find any teachers anywhere.  Thanks Everybody
